WebYou need to make sure the tanning bed emits UVB light. Not all beds at tanning salons do that. I started with 7 minute sessions 2-3 times a week, building to 20 min sessions twice a week. It really helped my psoriasis. And got me very tan (naturally). I stopped going once I got on insurance and went on biologics (yay cosentyx!).
