WebThe purpose of this AC is to present guidelines for developing, implementing, reinforcing, and assessing Crew Resource Management (CRM) training programs for flight crew members and other personnel essential to flight safety. These programs are designed to become an integral part of training and operations. WebThis training will prepare the Senior Cabin Crew Member for leadership to a team of cabin crew members in normal and emergency situations, and to ensure optimum co-operation with the Flight Crew. Training will be conducted in regulation with EASA ORO CC.200 Course Contents: Pre-Flight Briefing; Co-operation within the crew;
