Web12 mar. 2011 · I am getting ready to purchase an M1A but am having a great difficulty in deciding barrel length. How much better accuracy and muzzle velocity is there in the 22" barrel vs the 16"? I think I would perfer the better portability of the 16, but not having ever shot either, don't have anything to really go off of.
