WebSo you take all the reshade files in your pc FFXIV game folder (as well as the shaders and presets folder) and copy them over to your Steam Deck (the video mentions the location). BUT!!!! The one extra thing you need to download and add to that steam deck folder is d3dcompiler_47.dll - - there's a download link in that same youtube video.

I've been told you can switch from steam trial to non steam full game anyways. All steam does is launch the launcher, all the game codes are handled by squares launcher. So long as you get a code to put into your square account you're good to go.

It won't download anything but instead steam will pop up a little window with a cd key. Copy the cd key to clipboard and then go to your square enix account page.
