It you don't tighten it hot, it won't seal properly at printing temperature, and if you try to remove it when cold, it's likely to be too tight. Ideally use a socket to remove or tighten the nozzle: 6mm AF for Creality MK8 nozzles, 7mm AF for other MK8 and for V6 types.
